Part-time commercial administrator (m/f/x) for dispatch handling and service

Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless movement of goods in accordance with tax and customs regulations nationally and internationally
- Creation of all shipping, freight, and customs documentation, Certificates of Origin, and monitoring of the proof of export
- Entry and invoicing of service activities in the ERP system
- Providing support for the creation and tracking of offers and orders
- Repair and complaint handling including the creation of credit notes
- General administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education, ideally as a forwarding agent or an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in export processing and knowledge of export law are advantages
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with common MS Office programs and ERP systems
- Completely reliable, service and customer-oriented, a team player, and proactive
